We at Mission: Magnetics LLC_TM exist to further the reach of the Gospel and offer humanitarian support by providing cutting edge technology. We have been endeavoring to develop and distribute two units, a motor and a generator, that operate on the energy derived from powerful rare-earth permanent magnets.

In 2000, Arlen Davis was providentially introduced to an individual who was developing an innovative electric motor/generator, using permanent magnets as its fuel. This gentleman, a retired engineer for Siemens Corporation, shared his understanding and technology with Arlen. From that encounter Arlen has been researching ways that improve on what he was shown, by God's grace. His visionary mind saw how this technology could help humanity and his missionary upbringing prompted him to make this technology available to ministries and organizations that are focusing on teaching Bible truth. The Mission: Magnetics LLC_TM team believe God has been in this project from the beginning and with His blessing, this technology will provide spiritual (and physical) light to many currently in darkness. Arlen was a missionary's kid, having grown up (age 10-20 yrs.) in the Philippines and India. With a burden for sharing his faith, he supports the work of the Seventh-day Adventist church, especially their focus on spreading the Gospel which Matthew 24:14, 28:19,20 communicates, along with Revelation 14. Those ministries and organizations who are supporting this work are the ones that we will be primarily making our technology available to. Three Angels Broadcasting Network (3ABN) is a television network committed to spreading this gospel also. This ministry is currently seen by satellites all around the world and one of the needs is for downlink stations to bring the signal locally. With our motor and generator units we could provide the power for doing this. Maranatha Int'l is an organization that involves itself in the building of the One Day Church and we would offer our generators to ministers of these churches, supplying them with power and assistance in evangelism of their communities.

Other humanitarian organizations we will partner with are ADRA, Gospel Ministries International, ACTS Disaster Response, Water for Life, Search For One Inc. Whether our PM Motor is coupled to a generator or stands alone, there are many applications for it. From supplying mechanical power to run boats, vehicles, and light aircraft to supplying electrical power to hospitals, clinics, and schools, running electrical equipment, operating evangelistic/medical vans, our primary reason for being is to facilitate the spreading of Jesus' love through supporting established entities or allowing new ones to be born. When the motor is coupled with the generator(s) it will supply ample stable, quiet power for any event, cheaply! Our desire is to see Jesus return as soon as possible and we believe that our technology can facilitate His soon return.

A high-efficiency generator using permanent magnets in the rotor has been developed. It is a 24 kW, 120/240 volt, 50/60hz unit, weighing about 100 lbs. Early on, engineers told Arlen that a powerful generator lacking metal cores in the coils would not work since its energy transfer would be limited and the current and voltage output would be very low. Arlen went ahead and developed his innovative coreless coil and armature design with all-plastic materials and number 14 wire in the coils. He got 20 amps at 60 volts from each coil at 1700 rpm, more than full load for a number 14 wire! Engineers commented that the energy transfer is incredible, surpassing anything available! The current output (20 amps) remains available at all speeds/voltages above 1700 rpm/60 Volts - as his design has removed all heat-producing eddy currents and hysteresis from the equation. Now, a lightweight but powerful, all-permanent magnet motor is in the developmental stage. We've learned a lot from our first two prototypes and are anticipating the next one to operate as designed. From what we've learned so far, our motor should easily drive up to four of these 24 kW generators, giving a total output of 96 kW of electric power! Very little - to no heat is produced by the generator and the motor should produce no heat at all. And together, we expect they will produce no more noise than an electric motor of equivalent or smaller size.
