Non-Dairy Milk Substitute

1 - 13.5 or 19 fl oz. can of Coconut Milk/Cream (preferably 14 g total fat or more)
3 cans of water (use the same can that the coconut milk came in)
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 tsp. Brown Sugar, or to taste
1/8 tsp. Salt
2 quart sealable container

Put the can of Coconut Milk in the blender.
Put one can of water in the blender.
Add Vanilla, Brown Sugar, and Salt.
Blend at slowest speed for 3 to 5 seconds.*
Pour into your two quart sealable container.
Add 2 more 13.5 cans of water or, if using a 19 oz can, just fill container with water.
Shake well.
Keep refrigerated.
Shake well before using.

*If you blend too long or too hard the oil will separate, causing the milk to be grainy when refrigerated.

I can't believe how good this milk is!
It is so simple to make! Inexpensive too!

It also makes incredible Chocolate Milk!
